The line integrates the KS500 Fiber Opening Machine, FB118‑600 Carding Machine and JC800 Needle Punching Machine, supporting both independent and combined operation of all core processes. It realizes the full preparation workflow from fiber opening and blending, web forming to needle-punch consolidation. The needle punching machine can independently complete composite bonding between medical dressings and various fabrics, covering key R&D procedures including medical nonwoven material formulation, process optimization and composite modification. It establishes a closed-loop R&D system for medical textile laboratories without relying on external manufacturing resources.
2. High Flexibility & Precise Parameter Regulation for Scientific Experiments
Each unit adopts independent multi-motor drive with stepless frequency conversion speed control, supporting adjustable key process parameters such as opening speed, carding roller speed, needle punching frequency and web feeding speed. For medical textile research, this enables your team to conduct comparative experiments on different fiber blends (e.g. biodegradable medical fibers, functional antibacterial fibers), optimize process parameters for medical nonwovens with specific performance requirements (e.g. air permeability, tensile strength, biocompatibility), and obtain accurate and repeatable experimental data for thesis research and patent development. With a maximum fiber web size of 700×1000 mm and a maximum length of 3000 mm, it is highly suitable for small-batch sample preparation in laboratory R&D.

The transportation weight of a single module is less than 2 tons, and the installed floor load requirement is below 500 kg/㎡. Startup, shutdown and material or fiber blend changeover are simple and efficient, greatly improving the efficiency of multi-group parallel experiments in medical textile research.
